- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of FSL, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership in areas such as system integrations, mobile workforce management, and scalable solution design
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality
- Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
- Strong background in enterprise-scale Salesforce solution design and optimization
- Expertise in system integrations, mobile workforce management, and scalable architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading technical teams and ensuring solution quality
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Field Service Lightning Consultant)
- Experience with complex integrations and custom development on Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement in field service operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing architect role
