Salesforce Technical Architect w/FSL

As a Salesforce FSL Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale field service solutions on Salesforce. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of FSL, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership in areas such as system integrations, mobile workforce management, and scalable solution design
  • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality

What you need to have to be considered
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
  • Strong background in enterprise-scale Salesforce solution design and optimization
  • Expertise in system integrations, mobile workforce management, and scalable architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading technical teams and ensuring solution quality
These will help you stand out
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Field Service Lightning Consultant)
  • Experience with complex integrations and custom development on Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement in field service operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing architect role

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 p.a. - $160,000 p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
