Job Summary
Serve as a senior client partner for strategic business services engagements owning long term relationships revenue growth and value delivery for global enterprise clients. Use deep experience in business services and strong understanding of sales and marketing domains to shape hybrid model programs orchestrate cross functional teams and drive measurable business outcomes for clients and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client portfolios in business services by orchestrating hybrid delivery teams to consistently meet contractual commitments while enhancing client satisfaction and long term account health.
- Drive account growth by identifying qualifying and converting new opportunities within existing clients that align with their priorities in operational excellence digital enablement and customer engagement.
- Shape strategic roadmaps for clients by analyzing their business services landscape benchmarking performance and recommending pragmatic initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency quality and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal service lines to design integrated solutions that combine process transformation technology enablement and analytics capabilities tailored to each client context.
- Negotiate statements of work pricing and commercial constructs that balance client value expectations with sustainable profitability and risk management for the organization.
- Monitor engagement performance through clearly defined financial operational and customer experience metrics and proactively implement corrective actions when outcomes deviate from targets.
- Guide day to day relationship management with client stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure transparent communication timely issue resolution and early visibility into changing needs or strategic shifts.
- Influence clients on the adoption of best practices in business services delivery by presenting thought leadership market insights and case studies that demonstrate tangible business benefits.
- Oversee hybrid working models by defining clear collaboration norms governance routines and communication channels that maintain high productivity and service quality across locations.
- Manage risk and compliance across accounts by ensuring that operational controls data protection practices and regulatory obligations are fully embedded into ways of working.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling account specific value propositions executive presentations and success stories that support new business pursuits and renewals.
- Provide coaching and direction to cross functional engagement teams so that priorities are clear accountability is understood and delivery practices are continuously improved through feedback.
- Align account strategies with the company purpose by emphasizing initiatives that improve customer outcomes optimize resource use and contribute to more inclusive and sustainable business services.
Qualifications
- Require extensive experience working in business services environments where complex client engagements operational processes and measurable service outcomes have been successfully managed over many years.
- Require proven background in client facing roles that involve direct accountability for revenue growth contract performance and long term relationship development in large enterprise contexts.
- Require strong ability to interpret business drivers translate them into service solutions and communicate value in clear terms that senior client stakeholders can act upon with confidence.
- Nice to have experience applying sales and marketing concepts such as segmentation pipeline visibility campaign performance and customer journey thinking to shape business services offerings.
- Nice to have exposure to digital tools and data driven decision making in business services enabling the design of solutions that leverage analytics and automation to improve outcomes.
