Job Role: Presales Solution Architect – MDM, PIM & Data Privacy
What will you do?
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated MDM Solution Architect with expertise in defining MDM, PIM & Data Privacy solution for large digital programmes
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Solution responsibilities
o Define end to end MDM and PIM solutions for clients during sales and presales stage
o Defines and drives Privacy by design solution principles and experience in defining, running, implementing privacy solutions across the globe with exposure to GDPR, CCPA, DPDP etc
o Sets technical direction for the overall architecture, defines component architecture, reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture across the complete Master Data lifecycle
o Ensures the proposed solution is in line with customer requirement and can be delivered
o Responsible for preparing solution content during RFP or proposal stage
o Work with application architects to ensure accuracy of the solution estimation
o Develop Technical solution storyline for MDM/PIM/Data Privacy RFPs
o Work with large cross service line bid teams to carve out MDM/ PIM /Data privacy opportunities in large multi service line opportunities.
o Conceptualizing and leading Proof of concept in presales stage
· Client Presence
o Lead client workshops to understand master data requirements and suggest solution which will help them to overcome the challenges.
o Comfortable in white boarding with Architects and business teams
· Thought leadership
o Write whitepapers on next generation MDM/PIM/CDP/Data Privacy solutions
o Lead thought leadership workshops with customers
· Partner Interaction
o Work with partners to develop and verify the proposed solution
o Challenge partners for best-fit solution
· Delivery handover
o Advisory support to project team for handover from presales stage to ensure seamless transition.
o Work with delivery team, account team, and CoE to ensure the proposed solution is understood and accepted by all.
What experience are we looking for?
· Must have
o Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of multi-domain MDM (party, product, location), PIM & Data Privacy solutions.
o Hands-on familiarity with two or more of the following MDM platforms:
§ Reltio SaaS MDM
§ Informatica MDM / MDM Cloud
§ STIBO STEP
§ Semarchy xDM
§ SAP MDG
§ TIBCO EBX
§ Profisee / any other market-leading MDM tool
o Hands-on familiarity with any of the following Privacy platforms:
§ OneTrust
§ Trust Arc
§ Big ID
§ Securiti.ai (Consent Ops)
§ IBM Guardium
o Proven ability to author high-quality proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses independently.
o Experience in delivering end to end MDM (Party and Product), PIM, and Data privacy Programme
o Understand solution components of MDM (Party and Product), PIM & Data privacy
o Experience in the role of an MDM Architect and leading large Master Data Management program for a full System Development Lifecycle.
o Experience in defining CI/CD architecture for MDM projects using one of the leading MDM tools
o Have got L0 and L1 knowledge of any one of the hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
o Proven ability to author high-quality proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses independently
o Experience leading client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive-level presentations.
o Strong understanding of MDM integration patterns — batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led.
· Good to have
o Detail understanding of concepts of integration (Batch, real-time, pub-sub etc)
o Experience with data governance, data quality, and stewardship tools that complement MDM/Data Privacy platforms.
o Experience working with PII data and a general understanding of GDPR, data privacy etc.
o Experience in delivering projects following: Agile, DevOps
o Experience in the licensing model of one or more leading MDM tool
o Awareness of emerging MDM/PIM/CDP/Data Protection/Data Privacy use cases: GenAI data foundations, customer 360 with MDM, and product content syndication.
o Background across multiple industry verticals (Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, BFSI, Manufacturing, Utilities).
