We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This is an ONSITE Position: Grecia, Evolution Free Zone.
Key Responsibilities
· - Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software systems.
· - Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
· - Maintain detailed service logs and documentation.
· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
· - Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and service standards.
· - Train users on system functionality when required.
Differential Experience
Experience providing support to the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and service environments, will be considered a strong differentiator.
Required Qualifications
· - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· - Minimum 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
· - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
· - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
· - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
