About the role:
As a Consulting Manager, OCM Senior Training Developer, you will make an impact by leading learning and adoption strategies that help clients successfully navigate complex business and technology transformations. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with change management leaders, client stakeholders, communications teams, and cross-functional project teams to drive organizational readiness and business adoption.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise training strategies, learning curricula, training roadmaps, and adoption programs that support large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, define learning approaches, and support successful change adoption.
• Develop and manage communications and training deliverables, including stakeholder communications, learning content, knowledge transfer materials, and adoption metrics.
• Facilitate leadership sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops while monitoring project risks, issues, and readiness activities.
• Mentor consultants, contribute to proposal development, support business development activities, and participate in practice-building initiatives.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Querétaro, Mexico. What you need to have to be considered:
• 6–8+ years of management consulting experience, including at least 2 years of digital technology consulting or team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning strategies, training curricula, training outlines, and high-quality learning deliverables.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption methodologies.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver successful transformation outcomes.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical initiatives within large, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
These will help you stand out:
• Experience building technical training programs for AI adoption, digital transformation, or other complex technology implementations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies; gamification experience is a plus.
• Relevant industry, domain, or product certifications in Banking, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Communications, Media & Technology, Enterprise Process, or Technology Modernization.
• Experience using quality management frameworks and methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• MBA, PGDM, or other advanced degree.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop consulting talent while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
