Role Title: Remote Technical Lead / Business Analyst – Mendix / Siemens Opcenter MES
- Lead requirement discovery workshops with business, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore delivery team
- Drive solution design across Mendix, Siemens Opcenter, SAP, Maximo, Planning Systems, and other integrated applications.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal use of Mendix versus Opcenter capabilities.
- Coordinate and govern end-to-end delivery, including requirements, design, development, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, integration discussions, design decisions, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalation discussions with business and IT leadership.
- Review functional designs, technical designs, integration specifications, and test scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, validation, audit trail, and electronic signature requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to Mendix developers, Opcenter consultants, integration developers, testers, and validation teams.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, MES, or Manufacturing IT programs.
- Hands-on experience with Mendix Low-Code platform and/or Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES implementations.
- Strong Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Pharma domain experience.
- Experience managing large global delivery teams and client-facing engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, Maximo, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and regulated environments.

$111,000 – $130,000 per year + COLA
