Role Summary:
We are seeking a ADF Developer to join our team and support application development, enhancement, and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle ADF development and be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain business applications using Oracle ADF.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution development.
- Perform coding, unit testing, and module testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with development standards and documentation requirements.
Support system integration, UAT testing and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application development:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle ADF (11g or above)
- ADF Faces (Taskflows)
- ADF Business Components (AM/VO/EO)
- Java/J2EE
- Database - Oracle/DB2
- PL/SQL
- JavaScript, HTML, XML
- MQ Integration
- Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Exposure to system integration projects.
- Experience in insurance domain is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology is an advantage.
