About the role:
In this role, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with developers and architects to support the delivery of scalable and sustainable implementations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and production validation activities.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Assist with integration requirements and ensure alignment across connected systems.
- Develop and support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis activities.
- Drive stakeholder communication, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to have to be considered
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Prior nCino exp required
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Good understanding of system integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and solution delivery practices.

- Salesforce certifications.
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
- Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and data analysis initiatives.
