nCino Business Analyst, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

About the role:

As nCino Business Analyst, you will make an impact by working with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and support successful project delivery. You will be a valued member of the project team and collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

In this role, you will:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with developers and architects to support the delivery of scalable and sustainable implementations.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and production validation activities.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
Assist with integration requirements and ensure alignment across connected systems.
Develop and support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis activities.
Drive stakeholder communication, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to have to be considered

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Prior nCino exp required
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Good understanding of system integrations.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and solution delivery practices.

These will help you stand out

Knowledge of nCino.
Salesforce certifications.
Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and data analysis initiatives.
Experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $77,000 CAD– $125,000 CAD per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
