Responsibilities
Primary Skills
Strong experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering including Functional Testing Automation Testing API Testing Test Strategy Test Management and Quality Governance.
Proven experience leading AI GenAI Testing Initiatives including AI-generated Test Case Validation AI-assisted Code and Requirement Validation Prompt Testing Model Output Verification Test Coverage Assessment and AI Outcome Quality Measurement.
Strong Test Management and Governance skills including test strategy development stakeholder management defect governance risk management readiness reporting KPI tracking and cross-functional coordination with Development QA Product and AI/ML teams.
Secondary Skills
Experience with GenAI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) solutions AI testing frameworks and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of Playwright Selenium API Testing CI/CD DevOps GitHub Copilot Azure OpenAI and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with Python automation framework design test orchestration and quality engineering practices.
Understanding of LLM validation AI model evaluation AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Healthcare payer/provider domain experience preferred.
Qualifications
- possess a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science information technology or a related field with a focus on software quality or test engineering disciplines.
- bring six to ten years of hands on experience in quality engineering with a strong emphasis on designing automation solutions for web and API applications.
- demonstrate strong proficiency in Python for building automation frameworks utilities and test scripts that emphasize readability scalability and reuse.
- show practical experience in using Playwright for browser based automation including handling complex user interactions authentication flows and cross browser validations.
- exhibit solid experience with Azure services such as pipelines app services or related components used for deploying and testing cloud native solutions.
- apply working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Copilot to manage repositories code reviews and AI assisted coding workflows while adhering to organizational quality standards.
- preferably offer domain exposure to pharmacy claims or broader healthcare systems enabling better understanding of industry regulations data sensitivity and transactional accuracy needs.
- display proven ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment while collaborating with distributed teams using remote friendly communication practices.
- illustrate strength in defect analysis root cause identification and communication skills that enable constructive collaboration with engineering partners and stakeholders.
