About the role
In this role, you will:
- Own the discovery-phase schedule and drive all workstreams toward a common Architecture Review Board (ARB) readiness date.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, business stakeholders, and technical SMEs.
- Track and manage open items, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and key decisions impacting delivery readiness.
- Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive-level updates for both client and Cognizant sponsors.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage ARB submission materials, reviews, approvals, and sign-off activities while supporting refinement of ROM estimates as discovery findings evolve.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of experience managing delivery for enterprise technology programs.
- Proven experience managing through formal architecture, technical design, or governance review processes such as ARB, TDA, or equivalent.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
- Experience managing evolving scope, identifying ambiguity, escalating risks, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills across both business and technical audiences.
These will help you stand out
- Experience within financial services, banking, payments, or related regulated industries.
- Experience supporting CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), billing, or Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating discovery and planning activities for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with platform modernization, legacy application retirement, and phased release planning.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among business, architecture, technical, and governance stakeholders.
