Trainer Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and implement training programs and materials.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and improvement initiatives
• Assess and analyze training needs through surveys and data analysis
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Prepare training schedules and manage logistics.
• Monitor and report on employee progress and performance post-training.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during training sessions.
• Building, maintaining, and growing positive relationships with client
• Build analysis based reports
Trainer Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/Bachelor's in Education, or a related field.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and technology.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices online and in person
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and online training tools.
