About the role

As a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance, you will make an impact by leading a team responsible for production support, ongoing development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will serve as the primary bridge between Asset Finance business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that operational needs, system capabilities, and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical leasing and asset finance systems

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and guide solution delivery across support and enhancement initiatives

  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, serving as the primary escalation point for production issues and ensuring adherence to established SLAs and operational standards

  • Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities to ensure system changes and upgrades do not disrupt business operations

  • Lead and mentor a support and development team while driving Agile delivery practices, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational reporting

What you must have to be considered

  • 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.

  • Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, loan origination processes, servicing operations, and portfolio management workflows

  • Experience performing system configuration, testing, implementation, and platform enhancement activities within InfoLease and/or Rapport environments

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off activities

  • Strong understanding of production support processes, including incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and issue resolution

  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools to support data investigation and issue analysis

  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology organizations

These will help you succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in people management, supervisory, or team leadership role

  • Experience managing geographically dispersed or matrixed teams

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices, including incident, problem, change, and service management

  • Experience defining and managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics

  • Experience overseeing test strategy, regression testing, release validation, and deployment readiness activities

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across production support, project delivery, enhancement requests, and strategic initiatives

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience supporting both business operations teams and application engineering or DevOps teams within complex enterprise environments
