As a Sr. Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing software solutions using Azure DevOps. Your expertise will drive the development of efficient systems that enhance benefits administration and account management processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions using Azure DevOps to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure the integration of benefits administration and account management functionalities within the software systems.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring smooth operation of applications.
  • Maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices for software development and deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and product quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user demands effectively.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development practices and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for ongoing projects.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Azure DevOps demonstrating proficiency in software development and deployment.
  • Have a solid understanding of benefits administration and account management domains enhancing solution relevance.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Show commitment to maintaining code quality and adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Have experience in optimizing application performance and implementing security measures to protect data.


Certifications Required

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is highly recommended.
