German speaking L1.5 Support Analyst
Location: Budapest, Hungary
The L1.5 IT Support Analyst will provide IT support for customers in German and English language. The issues reported by the customers will be both technical as well as functional, which will require an exceptionally good knowledge of the IT environment and applications.

Responsibilities:
· Application and IT infra support
· Incident Management and Request Fulfilment
· Receiving end user calls
· Provide elevated level of remote technical support and resolution
· Provide detailed documentation about the reported issues in the ITSM tool
· Provide proactive IT support
· Provide support to Team members with L1 related queries
· Conduct ticket and voice quality audits
· Provide inputs and observations regarding internal process- , workflow- and knowledge management, as well as continuous service improvement initiatives
· Maintain a high level of quality customer service
We are looking for you, if you:
· have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and at least upper-intermediate English
· have experience in L1 / L1.5 IT Service Desk
· have High School degree
· have desire to learn - no IT background required, training will provide the necessary technical knowledge
· are open to work in shifts
· have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
· are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
