Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
· Organising and facilitating sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure effective team coordination and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle.
· Supporting the team to create, prioritise, and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories that align with business objectives and user needs.
· Writing detailed tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria, user stories, and technical requirements to provide clear guidance for development work.
· Participating and being involved in ticket grooming sessions to refine backlog items and ensure development readiness before sprint commencement.
· Collaborating with Product and Development teams to estimate effort and plan sprint capacity, ensuring realistic and achievable sprint goals.
· Supporting the Product and Development team by clarifying requirements and removing blockers to maintain smooth project progression and delivery timelines.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
· Define and document QA processes and testing criteria for product features
· Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate stakeholder testing sessions
· Review and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria before release
· Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle
· Identify and track defects, working with teams to prioritise and resolve issues
Stakeholder Management:
· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership
Job Requirements:
· 5–7 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis roles
· Experience writing product specs and working with agile development teams
· Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
· Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering
· Experience with ticket creation, backlog management, and agile methodologies
· Comfortable with data analysis and user research
