Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium and large projects
- Manage scope, changes, and conduct regular client coordination
- Coordinate with onshore Project Managers and offshore resources
- Guide and support offshore PM II and junior Project Managers
- Establish and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Track progress against milestones and deadlines
- Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and departments
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and reviews
- Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Manage project health status and performance
- Collaborate with finance and accounting for cost tracking and billing processes
- Support financial forecasting activities
- Provide feedback from completed projects to improve future execution
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in project delivery for medium to large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language
- Preferred experience in capital markets domain
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong relationship-building and time management capabilities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking skills with focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Experience with financial forecasting and billing processes
- Experience managing project health and status reporting
- Ability to coordinate across onshore and offshore teams
