Job Description
Leads large-scale, multi-workstream Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programmes with full accountability for end-to-end delivery from mobilisation through post-go-live stabilisation. Acts as the senior point of accountability for client relationships, governance, delivery quality, commercial performance, and multi-country team leadership across complex enterprise ERP engagements.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end programme delivery across all functional, technical, testing, OCM, infrastructure, cutover, and training workstreams
Establish and chair programme governance structures, including boards, cadence, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks
Develop and maintain the integrated programme master schedule covering milestones, dependencies, and critical path
Define and enforce programme delivery methodology across all workstreams and vendors
Manage scope baseline, change control, commercial performance, and contractual obligations
Oversee programme-level risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management with structured mitigation and escalation
Provide executive-level stakeholder management, steering committee leadership, and client advisory support
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary, multi-location programme team and govern the PMO operating model
Direct cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare execution, and post-implementation stabilisation
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience leading end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementation programmes
Strong programme governance, integrated planning, and delivery accountability capabilities
Good scope, change, commercial, and financial management skills
Strong risk-based decision-making and RAID management experience
Good cutover, testing, and go-live governance expertise
Experience establishing and operating Programme Management Offices
Proven leadership and executive stakeholder engagement skills
Clear and confident executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in onshore and offshore delivery models
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Master's degree (MBA, MSc IT, MSc Project Management) preferred
