Summary :
Provide administrative support including but not limited to report generation / system updates & maintenance / claim status checking / maintenance of network summaries / voucher request handling/ follow-up with network providers via email / communication with Claims for processing
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate different reports and network summaries on regular and ad hoc basis.
2. Handle movement notices and update internal systems.
3. Create and maintain provider records, provider related codes and contract details in internal systems.
4. Support onboarding of new providers.
5. Send notification email to internal parties on ""Large Hospital Claim"" cases.
6. Handle contract renewals and maintain system reference data.
7. Check claims status upon receiving enquiries from network providers.
7. Ensure all data entries and system updates are accurate and completed on time.
8. Make calls to network providers upon ad hoc request.
PCMS
1. Assist with uploading EDI files and updating monthly invoice trackers.
2. Prepare monthly savings reports and support data matching for non-standard items.
3. Create and maintain service codes, provider records, and contract details in internal systems.
4. Support onboarding of new providers and setup of CPPL (Contracted Provider Price List).
5. Handle contract renewals and maintain system reference data.
6. Communicate with the Claims team to activate processing.
7. Process adjustment orders and respond to internal queries from the Claims team.
8. Ensure all data entries and system updates are accurate and completed on time.
Experience :
1. With 1 year of experience in provider relations or health insurance
2. Good communication and negotiation skills
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. Detail-minded
5. Willing to accept new challenges
6. Presentable and mature presentation
Language : Must be Proficient in Cantonese (Written & Verbal)
