Our commitment to associate wellbeing

Designed with flexibility in mind to meet the diverse needs of each associate, our global Be Well program provides the physical, mental and financial support needed to navigate life and work.

We believe holistic wellbeing and a supportive culture are foundational to success, so we encourage our associates and people managers to remain self-aware, make wellbeing a priority and actively engage with the resources and support available to them. Here are a few highlights of our program:

Physical wellbeing

Access to benefits and programs that support their physical health. Depending on local markets, this may include health policies, team physical activity challenges and in-person and virtual classes such as yoga and exercise.
