Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Developer who can design, build, and productionize AI‑powered autonomous agents while leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) for real‑time, unified, and trusted data. You’ll work end‑to‑end across Agentforce (Topics, Actions, Instructions/Prompts, Guardrails), Einstein Trust Layer, Data 360, Apex/Flows, and modern integration patterns. You will deliver secure, scalable, and measurable AI outcomes powered by high‑quality data foundations using Data 360. Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
Required Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Technical Skills: Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of real‑time, hands‑on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, including preparing, grounding, and activating data for AI agents using Data Cloud.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and development, with expertise in data ingestion mechanisms (Batch, Streaming, APIs), Data Harmonization, Identity Resolution, and Unification Rules.
- Experience building Segments, Activation Targets, and Data Actions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance.
- Very strong experience writing Data 360 Calculated Insights using SQL, including aggregate functions and complex operations.
- Built and shipped at least one production‑grade Agentforce solution using Agent Builder (Topics, Actions, Instructions, Guardrails) and integrated with Flows, Apex, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer features such as masking, grounding, audit logging, toxicity filters, and zero data retention, and understanding how they influence agent architecture and testing.
- Deep understanding of Agents vs. Einstein Bots, LLMs, NLP, and the complete prompt‑to‑response journey.
- Hands‑on experience designing and invoking Flex Prompt Templates from record‑triggered Flows and Apex to standardize AI decisioning and responses for data‑driven automation and object updates.
- Real‑time experience preparing and grounding data for agents using Data Cloud, including indexing, chunking, entity mapping, and consent management.
- Experience building environments and migrating code using VS Code / Code Builder, GitHub, and AUTORABIT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI‑powered solutions using Agentforce, driven by trusted, unified data from Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines, data models, and identity resolution rules and ensure data quality checks, consistency, and governance across unified customer profiles.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third‑party platforms.
- Optimize performance for high‑volume, real‑time data processing and apply Salesforce security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud & Einstein AI releases and platform capabilities.
- Define Topics, Actions ,Instructions, Scope, and Guardrails in Agent Builder to automate healthcare workflows (Member access, eligibility checks, prior authorization, case triage, Care Programs and Care‑plan orchestration).
- Translate user intents into multi‑step agent plans. Integrate with Flows/Apex/API actions and implement human‑in‑the‑loop handoffs where needed.
- Implement custom agent actions (Apex classes), invoke agents via Apex/Flow, and integrate with external APIs (MuleSoft/REST).
- Design and invoke Flex Prompt Templates from record‑triggered Flows and Apex to standardize AI decisioning and responses for data‑driven automation and object updates.
- Leverage Calculated Insights, Segments, Data Actions, and Activation Targets to operationalize AI outcomes across Salesforce apps and external systems.
- Validate that Topic detection works for varied user utterances (happy paths and edge cases) and verify correct Action selection and sequencing when multiple actions are available.
- Validate fallback behavior when an action fails, required data is missing, or user intent is ambiguous.
- Verify human‑in‑the‑loop handoffs are triggered correctly based on Guardrails or confidence thresholds.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, and Retrospectives.
- Document technical solutions, data/agent flow diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Use GitHub for version control, including managing pull requests (PRs), resolving code conflicts, and following branching strategies and code review processes.
- Provide guidance to the technical team with technical advice, code review feedback, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
