Work Model

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Desired locations are NJ or NY. This role does require approximately 25% travel. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

In this role you will:

  • Champion the Service Line – Act as the Insurance subject matter expert for Cognizant Moment, partnering with account management teams to embed experience capabilities into Insurance pursuits. You will shape how we show up in the market, build credibility with P&C, life, health, and specialty insurance carriers, and drive awareness of our capabilities.

  • Drive growth – Your work will include crafting a sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with new prospects and existing clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioning.

  • Build compelling solutions – You will assemble and lead pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help your new prospects and existing clients tackle their problem statement. You'll be accountable for the story, the structure of the deal, and pricing — with a clear lens on Insurance regulatory context, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics.

  • Be a trusted advisor to your clients – You'll actively seek to establish relationships with key client stakeholders in marketing, digital, product, and customer experience functions within insurance organizations. You will be accountable for client satisfaction and will proactively generate thought leadership that supports your clients' desire to look ahead and anticipate the market.

  • Collaborate Across Cognizant – You'll be the point person to assemble skills/resources — within Cognizant Moment and across the organization — to respond to client needs. You'll work closely with internal account teams to plan and run existing clients.

Success in this role is based on both total contract value (TCV) targets as well as client satisfaction, and you will have specific goals around both new logos and expanding business with current clients.
