Responsibilities : -Support daily sales operations by maintaining accurate records for opportunities orders and customer interactions using advanced spreadsheet based tracking and standardized templates. -Prepare and update detailed sales reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline status conversion trends and performance indicators for internal stakeholders. -Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure timely handling of customer inquiries while documenting interactions and follow up actions with high attention to detail. -Assist in responding to customer requests for information by compiling product details pricing information and service options into clear and structured responses. -Maintain and validate data quality across multiple trackers by regularly reviewing entries identifying discrepancies and applying corrective updates in a systematic manner. -Support the creation of monthly and quarterly summaries that highlight key sales and support outcomes enabling data driven decision making for business teams. -Handle routine support requests by logging issues tracking status and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution for customers. -Use spreadsheet formulas and functions to perform data analysis that identifies patterns recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement. -Collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid work model by participating in virtual and onsite meetings sharing status updates and aligning on action items. -Document repeatable processes and standard operating procedures that help improve efficiency and consistency across the sales and support function. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to data capture formats reporting methods and support workflows. -Apply foundational understanding of mobile communication concepts when relevant especially for queries related to network based services and connectivity. -Support compliance with internal policies and quality standards by following established guidelines for documentation data handling and customer communication. -Qualifications -Possess a basic academic background in business technology or a related field that supports strong analytical and customer facing capabilities. -Demonstrate hands on experience with spreadsheet tools including functions pivot tables and charts to manage analyze and present structured data. -Show the ability to interpret numerical information and trends from reports while translating insights into practical recommendations for business teams. -Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills that enable effective interaction with customers peers and stakeholders in a hybrid environment. -Display an organized and detail focused work style that ensures accurate data entry consistent documentation and reliable task follow up. -Bring exposure to mobile or telecom concepts such as third generation network services which can support understanding of domain specific customer needs. -Embrace a continuous learning mindset by being open to feedback upskilling opportunities and evolving tools or processes within the sales and support function. 9.
