Job Summary
Serve as a senior developer specializing in Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub within a hybrid work model designing and delivering scalable enterprise data management solutions. Apply deep technical expertise to build robust integrations improve data quality and support critical business processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Reltio MDM configurations that align with enterprise data models and support consistent master data across critical business domains.
- Develop and optimize Reltio Integration Hub workflows that orchestrate high volume data integrations between core platforms and surrounding applications.
- Configure survivorship rules match and merge strategies and hierarchy management in Reltio MDM to ensure reliable and trusted master records for downstream systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data governance requirements into practical Reltio MDM and integration solutions that improve decision making.
- Create reusable integration patterns using Reltio Integration Hub to standardize connectivity with cloud and on premise systems while reducing maintenance overhead.
- Define and implement data quality checks validation rules and monitoring mechanisms that proactively identify and resolve anomalies in master data flows.
- Develop detailed technical specifications mapping documents and configuration guides that capture complex Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub implementations.
- Troubleshoot production incidents by analyzing logs data flows and configuration settings to quickly identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
- Optimize performance of Reltio data loads and integration jobs by fine tuning mappings batch sizes and orchestration sequences to meet strict service level targets.
- Coordinate closely with testing and operations teams to plan deployments execute regression tests and ensure smooth transitions of Reltio releases to production.
- Guide peer developers on best practices for secure integration design error handling and data protection within Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub solutions.
- Engage with data governance and security teams to ensure that Reltio implementations comply with regulatory obligations and internal control standards.
- Document end to end data flows business rules and integration dependencies so that support teams can maintain Reltio platforms with confidence.
Qualifications
- Possess hands on experience of six to ten years in enterprise application development with a strong focus on cloud data platforms and integration technologies.
- Demonstrate extensive practical exposure to Reltio MDM including data model design configuration of entities and relationships and implementation of survivorship logic.
- Show proven experience building and maintaining Reltio Integration Hub workflows that connect Reltio with multiple source and target applications in complex environments.
- Apply solid understanding of data quality concepts data governance practices and master data management principles in designing sustainable solutions.
- Bring advanced proficiency in writing complex queries and scripts for data analysis data validation and troubleshooting within relational or cloud data stores.
- Exhibit familiarity with modern integration patterns using application programming interfaces batch processing and messaging based data exchange solutions.
- Display experience working in agile delivery models using backlog management code review and continuous integration practices for high quality delivery.
- Leverage strong analytical skills and structured problem solving methods to investigate defects production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders to explain solution options tradeoffs and impacts on business processes.
- Adapt quickly to evolving platform capabilities in Reltio and related technologies by learning new features and incorporating them into future designs.
