- Collaborate with internal teams including thought leadership, advisory, PR, social media, and sales leadership to reach target audiences and key decision makers.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets in line with Cognizant branding guidelines.
- Continuously measure and optimize marketing program performance using MarTech tools and Salesforce data.

- Experience tracking marketing-influenced revenue through sales automation tools like Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with AI and generative AI marketing tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams within budget and on time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Ability to self-start and manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align tactical execution to broader business vision.
- Openness to experimentation and innovation in campaign development and partner engagement.
- Pipeline Influence: Growth and conversion of marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Brand Visibility: Increased awareness and share of voice in the North American market.
