About the Role
As an Operations Senior Analyst – Supplier Onboarding, TPRM & Contract Lifecycle (Senior Associate), you will manage complex and escalated transactions across Supplier Onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within Cognizant's Global Procurement organization. Acting as a functional subject-matter expert for SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW), you will provide operational guidance, quality oversight, and process expertise while supporting globally visible procurement operations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen source-to-pay, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and third-party risk expertise while influencing the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations delivered through market-leading technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Manage complex and escalated supplier onboarding, third-party risk, and contract lifecycle cases in SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Act as a functional subject-matter expert for SAP Ariba (SLP and Contracts modules) and ServiceNow workflows, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Own end-to-end coordination of third-party risk assessments, supplier due diligence activities, and remediation tracking.
- Review contract metadata, obligations, milestones, and renewal activities while supporting CLM governance requirements.
- Monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide guidance, quality reviews, coaching, and training support to Analysts.
- Develop operational reports, dashboards, and process improvement recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on expertise across SAP Ariba modules and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations.
- Good analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong experience in procurement operations across supplier onboarding, TPRM, and/or CLM processes.
- Ability to manage complex operational issues while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, quality, and customer service.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
These will help you succeed
- Experience supporting SAP Ariba and ServiceNow configuration changes, enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing quality oversight to junior team members.
- Familiarity with procurement governance, supplier risk management, and contract administration best practices.
- Experience working with operational reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
