Job summary
This hybrid role seeks a Sr Consultant with eight to twelve years of experience in test lab configuration and maintenance of JasperReports Software Engineer LabVantage Instrument connections Loftware label design and agile delivery using the CX Scrum Master work model. The role focuses on ensuring reliable lab operations high quality testing outcomes
Responsibilities
- Design robust test lab configurations that ensure stable environments for functional and integration testing across multiple enterprise applications- JasperReports Software Engineer LabVantage Instrument connections Loftware label design
- Coordinate test lab maintenance activities that minimize downtime and support continuous delivery cycles within a structured day shift schedule
- Implement efficient environment provisioning processes that reduce setup time and improve productivity for testing and development teams
- Monitor lab performance metrics that highlight capacity issues and guide optimization efforts for critical testing workloads
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders that include product teams and infrastructure teams to align lab configurations with evolving project needs
- Develop detailed JasperReports solutions that transform complex datasets into clear operational and executive ready reports for business stakeholders
- Optimize JasperReports performance that improves report generation times and enhances user experience across multiple reporting use cases
- Configure and customize Labvantage modules that support end to end laboratory workflows and ensure accurate data capture and traceability
- Validate Labvantage integrations that connect laboratory systems with upstream and downstream enterprise platforms for reliable data exchange
- Apply CX Scrum Master practices that facilitate agile ceremonies and foster predictable delivery of high quality testing and reporting increments
- Guide agile teams that follow hybrid onsite and remote collaboration models to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines that govern laboratory operations and test data handling within the organization
- Document reusable procedures and configuration standards that support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that leverage test lab insights and reporting analytics to enhance product quality and customer outcomes
- Coordinate defect triage activities that improve communication between testing teams and development teams for faster issue resolution
- Implement configuration baselines that help maintain consistency across multiple test environments and reduce configuration drift
- Verify data quality within Labvantage and reporting solutions that ensures trustworthy insights for operational and strategic decision makers
- Align day to day tasks with company goals that prioritize reliable digital products and safer technology outcomes for end users
- Support change management activities that help teams adopt enhanced lab configurations and reporting capabilities with minimal disruption
- Contribute domain and technical expertise that helps scale laboratory and reporting solutions across diverse business units
Qualifications
- Possess eight to twelve years of experience in test lab configuration and maintenance that includes complex environment setups for enterprise projects
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in JasperReports that covers report design parameterization data source configuration and performance tuning
- Exhibit strong hands on experience with Labvantage that includes configuration workflow customization and user support for laboratory operations
- Show proven capability in applying CX Scrum Master methods that enable effective backlog management and iterative delivery in hybrid work models
- Display solid understanding of software testing processes that span system testing regression testing and user acceptance testing in lab environments
- Apply practical knowledge of database concepts and structured query methods that support reliable reporting and data validation workflows
- Bring experience working in large scale multinational environments that require clear communication documentation and collaboration across locations
- Value quality driven practices that align testing reporting and laboratory operations with organizational standards and societal expectations for safety
Certifications Required
ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or Certified Scrum Master or vendor specific Labvantage certification
