About the Role
As an Onsite IT Asset Management Lead, you'll make an impact by owning the full lifecycle of IT assets across office and factory environments, keeping inventory accurate, spares stocked, and deployment-ready. In this hands-on lead role, you'll support end users directly, guide day-to-day desktop support activity, prioritize tickets and escalations, and help restore services quickly when issues arise. Your work directly reduces downtime; cuts repeat incidents and strengthens onsite support processes, helping both office and shop floor teams stay productive. You'll be a valued member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team, working closely with the Manager.
In This Role, You Will:
• Own end-to-end IT asset operations (DaaS & Non-DaaS) across sites, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock availability, and SLA adherence
• Drive vendor, logistics, and warehouse coordination, including procurement planning, stock movement, and break-fix governance
• Provide governance and oversight, including reporting, escalation management, and process compliance across asset operations
• Manage the end-to-end asset lifecycle (procurement → deployment → tracking → disposal)
• Maintain accurate asset inventory in ITSM/CMDB tools
• Handle receiving, shipping, and tracking of devices and spares across locations
• Monitor stock levels and trigger hardware/spare ordering (DaaS & Non-DaaS)
• Coordinate device imaging, staging, and deployment readiness
• Act as a single point of contact for logistics coordination with warehouses, sites, and vendors
• Manage vendor/OEM coordination for hardware break-fix issues
• Track and manage warranty status (in-warranty and out-of-warranty)
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Execute secure asset disposal and maintain compliance records
