We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of UiPath's growth, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while building meaningful relationships with prospective customers.

Roles & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Activities)
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Research and identify target accounts within assigned territory or vertical markets
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and automation needs
- Qualify leads based on established criteria (BANT/MEDDIC) and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set
- Stay current on UiPath products, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Ability to learn technical concepts and articulate value propositions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales
- Knowledge of automation, RPA, or AI technologies
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $61,650 CAD – $91,000 CAD per year.
Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
