In This Role, You Will:
· Serve as the Product Manager for enterprise Content & Preference Management capabilities within Adobe Experience Platform, enabling personalized, compliant, and data-driven customer experiences.
· Partner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, digital channels, CRM, customer service, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to define and prioritize platform capabilities.
· Translate strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals into product roadmaps, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Collaboratively manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmap objectives and Next Best Action (NBA) strategies. Drive adoption and expansion of Adobe Experience Platform capabilities across business units, supporting enterprise-wide customer engagement initiatives.
· Lead the development and enhancement of consent capture, preference management, suppression rules, policy enforcement, and activation workflows.
· Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Identity, Analytics, and Delivery teams to design scalable, reusable, and compliant platform solutions.
· Ensure seamless integration between Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and downstream activation channels.
· Validate platform capabilities supporting omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, email, CRM, contact center, and third-party ecosystems.
· Balance immediate business priorities with long-term platform scalability, technical sustainability, governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Serve as the primary product escalation point for platform-related issues, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder decisions.
· Define, monitor, and optimize key product KPIs including consent capture rates, preference adoption, audience activation effectiveness, data quality, compliance adherence, and operational efficiency.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
· 8+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement Platform, or Digital Experience delivery experience.
· Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, Profile, Identity Service, Segmentation, Data Governance, and Activation.
· Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), customer journey orchestration, decisioning, and real-time engagement use cases.
· Working knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and customer behavior measurement frameworks.
· Experience designing and managing Consent Management, Preference Centers, Suppression Logic, Privacy Workflows, and Regulatory Compliance programs.
· Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer identity management, profile stitching, audience management, and data activation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $155,000– $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
