About the role:
As a Client Partner (Revenue Cycle Management - RCM), you will make an impact by serving as the executive leader and single point of accountability for the overall health, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of a portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) clients. Acting as the "CEO of the account," you will own the client P&L, build and maintain C-suite relationships, drive revenue growth and margin expansion, and align sales, delivery, operations, product, finance, and technology teams around a unified client strategy. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare practice team and work collaboratively with delivery, operations, finance, product, and service line leaders, and clients
In this role, you will
· Own P&L management for assigned accounts or cluster, including revenue growth, margin performance, and financial health.
· Develop and execute account and cluster growth strategies, including white space analysis, demand shaping, and investment planning.
· Build, maintain, and deepen CxO-level relationships within client organizations and act as a trusted advisor.
· Position Cognizant's RCM services, healthcare platforms, GenAI investments, products, and partnerships to address client priorities.
· Ensure strong delivery governance, execution excellence, and high customer satisfaction across all revenue portfolios
What you must have to be considered
· A minimum of 15 years of experience in a client-facing or account leadership role in the IT/RCM professional services space or a management consulting firm.
· Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CxO and CxO-1) levels, with strong executive presence and gravitas.
· Ability to manage a client P&L of at least $25–35 million, including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
· Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment, with strong experience across the global service delivery model.
· Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to conceptualize and create blueprints for business transformations in the Healthcare domain.

· Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not required

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $165,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
