About the Role

As a Manager, GBR Strategy & Business Operations, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Global Business Resilience (GBR) team, collaborating closely with the AVP & Head of Global Business Resilience and M&A Security, GBR leadership team members, and stakeholders across the enterprise. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve organizational effectiveness while supporting governance, strategic planning, performance management, communications, and operational excellence across the GBR organization.

In this Role, You Will:

• Support the development, execution, and refinement of GBR’s multi-year strategy, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Drive operational excellence through governance, business operations, planning processes, and leadership coordination across all GBR towers.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Lead internal communications initiatives, executive presentations, leadership messaging, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, governance, communications, or organizational effectiveness roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and business performance reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.

These Will Help You Succeed

• Experience supporting corporate security, business resilience, business continuity, crisis management, risk management, governance, or transformation organizations.
• Experience working within a global, geographically distributed team.
• Familiarity with organizational change management and strategic planning methodologies.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, PMO, governance, or transformation functions.
• Ability to influence without authority and coordinate across complex global stakeholder groups.
