About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Webinar Data & Insights to support the execution and continuous improvement of our partner webinar programs. In this role, you will transform webinar, registration, attendance, and feedback data into actionable insights that drive engagement, inform business decisions, and enhance the partner experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams to develop reporting frameworks, optimize outreach efforts, and establish scalable data processes. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with excellent data visualization, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance webinar performance reporting by consolidating data from registration platforms, surveys, attendance records, and internal tracking systems.
- Produce recurring reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into webinar performance, audience engagement, attendance trends, and program effectiveness.
- Generate anonymized attendance and participation reports while ensuring compliance with data privacy and information security requirements.
- Deliver regular insights and performance updates to leadership, including actionable recommendations for program optimization.
Audience Data Management
- Maintain and manage a centralized database of opted-in partners to support webinar audience segmentation and outreach initiatives.
- Build targeted invitation lists based on audience attributes, interests, topics, and partner segmentation criteria.
- Ensure data quality through validation, deduplication, normalization, and ongoing database maintenance activities.
Insights Generation & Program Optimization
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback collected through surveys and engagement channels.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve webinar participation, partner satisfaction, and overall program effectiveness.
- Develop quarterly insights reports that capture key findings, recommendations, and strategic opportunities for leadership review.
- Measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, targeted invitations, and engagement initiatives by tracking registration and attendance trends.
- Establish measurement frameworks and success metrics for new webinar initiatives and process improvements.
Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
- Design and maintain dashboards and visual reporting solutions using business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Present complex data in a clear, compelling format for business stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Create visual representations of trends and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
- Implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting consistency.
- Support the development of streamlined workflows that enable growth and scalability of webinar programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Insights Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Experience working with data-driven marketing programs, webinar operations, campaign analytics, or related business functions.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL and working with backend databases and data tables.
- Experience using reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, AppSheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting materials.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of data reporting methodologies, performance measurement, and business metrics.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
