Cognizant is hiring a Client Partner - Product & Resource Market - Director Grade to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant’s Belgium activities, expanding our global service portfolio from Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts.
The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management. Based in our headquarter in Bruxelles, this role offers hybrid work model and opportunities to thrive and grow within our Leadership Team.
Overview
Client Partners play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned markets and accounts. The Client Partner is the end-to-end owner responsible for overall accounts P&L and senior client relationships; leading business growth with outstanding abilities in building relationships at the CxO level and an extensive network of executives. He/She drives activities to enhance revenues, improve operating margin, and foster employee growth and development. Must bring outstanding consulting skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
Your Role
Drive profitable growth through identifying and leading all aspects of the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities in the Market Unit / vertical
Develop client engagement strategies and quantify costs of pursuit
Lead accountability against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines
Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the market, liaise with delivery, operations and finance teams.
Lead a team of Account Managers & Account Executives
Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant to formulate a business plan and implement it at market and account level
Be Responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios
Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant
Shape the thought leadership agenda and actively drive execution of the innovation agenda
Focus on developing a plan to increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship and in the Product & Resource market convering Manufacturing & Logistics and Energy & Utilities / Consumer Goods/ Retail & Hospitality.
Your background to succeed :
15+ years in a client facing role or account leadership role, in an IT professional services firm
Proven C-suite network in Manufacturing & Logistics or Energy & Utilities accounts in Belgium
Experience of leading diverse teams, cultivating and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solution domains
A strong performance track record of leading different portfolios-ranging from sales, new sales, programs, and existing annuity business
Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multifaceted matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
Ability to lead a client P&L of 30m €+, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
The ability to conceptualize, analyze, build blueprint for business transformations and present solutions
Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
