Position Overview

When you join Cognizant's TriZetto Product House Product Solutions team, you will take on a techno-functional role at the intersection of technology and the business. Associates apply a technical foundation to product decisions in the healthcare payer space, using AI and data to shape how our products deliver value to customers.

Core Qualifications (Both Tracks)

  • Background in GenAI, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Public Health, or Healthcare

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Some technical background, with strong interest in growing into the business/product domain

  • Ability to leverage AI tools to build forward-looking products

  • Understanding of how to translate data and analytics into product outcomes and customer value

  • Ability to apply a technical foundation to business models

Track: Product Information Management (PIM)

  • Apply data analytics, Azure, and Python to keep product information accurate and scalable

  • Focus managing the underlying product data that powers our platforms.

  • Structure and maintain accurate product data, catalogs, and information across systems

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure clean product data feeds downstream systems and reporting

  • Apply technical background to business models – leverage AI to build futuristics products

Track: Product Experience Management (PXM)

  • Focus shaping how the product shows up for the customer.

  • Translate business requirements into user- and customer-facing product improvements

  • Write and edit documentation describing new product features for end users and/or technical users, includuing conducting reviews to ensure accuracy of content.

  • Use AI tools to help shape and communicate product roadmap decisions

  • Partner with Product Management leads on go-to-market plans and customer experience outcomes

  • Shape the future of product content by adapting how instructions are created and communicated, bridging the gap between product development and user guidance.

Location

New hires will be hired to Cognizant offices and/or client locations in Mesa, AZ or Teaneck, NJ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business needs and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date

New hires will start in October 2026. Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
