Job Summary

As a Cyber Security Architect you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organizations digital assets by designing and implementing robust security solutions. With a focus on Check Point Firewall you will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with day shifts allowing you to contribute effectively without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security architectures that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts to proactively address potential threats and breaches.
  • Provide expert guidance on the configuration and optimization of Check Point Firewall solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Design and execute security testing protocols to validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Lead incident response efforts to swiftly address and resolve security incidents.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security infrastructure to ensure continuous protection.
  • Educate and train staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices to foster a security-conscious culture.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the organizations security posture.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate security findings and recommendations. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in cybersecurity with extensive experience in Check Point Firewall solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing security architectures for large-scale organizations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in cybersecurity.
  • Show capability in leading incident response efforts and managing security incidents effectively.
  • Display knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity.
  • Hold a relevant degree in computer science information technology or a related field.


Certifications Required

Certified Check Point Security Expert (CCSE) CISSP or equivalent certification.
