Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Lead Developer with 14 to 15 years of expertise in project management and agile methodologies. The candidate will oversee project planning execution and delivery while ensuring quality cost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee project tracking and time management to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
- Provide expertise in project quality management to maintain high standards and adherence to best practices
- Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with initial requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively through comprehensive project risk management strategies
- Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated resources
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices are implemented effectively across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met
- Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to enhance customer experience and team collaboration
- Implement project budgeting and invoicing processes to ensure financial transparency and accountability
- Drive Agile PLM practices to streamline product lifecycle management and improve team productivity
- Use MS Project to create detailed project plans and track progress effectively
- Ensure project planning and execution align with cost management strategies to optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in project planning tracking and time management
- Demonstrate proficiency in project quality scope and risk management methodologies
- Have hands-on experience with project budgeting invoicing and cost management
- Show advanced knowledge of Agile PLM and Scrum practices
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Be skilled in using MS Project for detailed planning and tracking
- Nice to have experience in CX-Scrum Master to enhance customer and team collaboration
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Showcase strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive project success
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on time
- Possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management
- Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
Certifications Required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
