About the role
As a Talent Partner – India, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with Talent Partner Leads, business leaders, employees, and HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll. You will provide HR expertise and consulting to assigned business units, execute the business unit talent agenda, and support employee engagement, HR processes, and people-focused interventions while helping leaders and employees navigate day-to-day HR needs.
In this role, you will:
· Provide HR partnership for Director and above associates by supporting both strategic and tactical initiatives for assigned business units.
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees while providing guidance on HR policies, interpretation, and business-related issues.
· Drive retention and engagement interventions through regular discussions, town halls, pulse checks, manager huddles, and virtual engagement initiatives.
· Support frontline manager enablement and career management activities, including manager programs, career conversations, skill architecture refreshers, and PIP tracking and closure.
· Execute employee life-cycle processes such as merit increase, incentive administration, allowances, and YER grievance support.
· Partner with HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll to deliver robust HR services for supported groups.
· Manage employee queries and issues related to BAU processes, special initiatives, projects, and life-cycle events through objective and effective resolution.
· Support location or country-specific operational activities while maintaining awareness of day-to-day compliance requirements.

What you must have to be considered
· Experience in HR business partnering or a related HR role supporting business units and leaders.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Good understanding of HR processes across talent, engagement, and employee life-cycle activities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and drive.
· Ability to interpret policy, manage issues objectively, and work collaboratively across HR teams.
· A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.

These will help you succeed
· Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leading employee engagement initiatives.
· Ability to identify training needs and support executive coaching or development conversations.
· Experience working across multiple HR service lines in a fast-paced environment.
Work model – Onsite
