Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Functional Architect with 14 to 18 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals along with domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting or Utilities. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced solutions in Kinaxis Demand Planning to meet the business needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Fundamentals to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations workflows and processes to support ongoing operations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Kinaxis solutions to ensure accuracy reliability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Offer hands-on support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis-related issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work closely with domain experts in Finance and Accounting or Utilities to align solutions with industry-specific requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members and end-users to build organizational capability in Kinaxis tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in solution design and implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Kinaxis technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.


Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kinaxis Demand Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting or Utilities domains which is considered a valuable asset.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical and functional requirements with attention to detail.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.
  • Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks or issues in project execution.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Possess a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Kinaxis solutions in a professional setting.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of data integration and system architecture principles to support seamless operations.
