Job Summary

This role is for a Sr CyberSecurity Engineer IAM in a hybrid work model with night shifts focused on designing and operating enterprise identity and access management solutions using RSA IAM Saviynt Idaas and Sailpoint IdentityIQ to improve security posture and compliance for a global organization with minimal travel requirements and a collaborative delivery environment


Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain secure identity and access solutions using RSA IAM Saviynt Idaas and Sailpoint IdentityIQ to protect critical enterprise applications and data assets in a hybrid work environment
  • Implement standardized identity lifecycle processes including joiner mover and leaver workflows to ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across business systems
  • Configure and optimize role based access controls and access policies within RSA IAM Saviynt Idaas and Sailpoint IdentityIQ to reduce excessive entitlements and enforce least privilege across all supported platforms
  • Develop robust access request approval and certification workflows that align with organizational governance needs to ensure that access is consistently reviewed and validated for regulatory readiness
  • Execute user and application onboarding activities into IAM platforms by gathering requirements documenting integration patterns and coordinating with application owners to ensure smooth adoption
  • Monitor daily IAM operations such as job runs reconciliation tasks and access reviews during night shifts to detect anomalies escalate issues and minimize disruptions to business services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM related incidents and service requests by analyzing logs tracing identity flows and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to restore service quickly
  • Create and maintain detailed configuration runbook and standard operating documentation to support consistent IAM operations knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members
  • Collaborate with security risk and audit stakeholders to support internal and external assessments by providing evidence of IAM controls and explaining how identity processes meet compliance expectations
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IAM tasks using platform features scripts or connectors to improve efficiency reduce manual errors and enhance the end user experience
  • Perform periodic access reviews and certification campaigns using Saviynt Idaas or Sailpoint IdentityIQ to validate user entitlements remediate violations and strengthen overall access hygiene
  • Provide guidance to development and operations teams on secure authentication authorization and single sign on patterns to ensure new solutions integrate safely with the existing IAM ecosystem
  • Participate in incident response activities by contributing IAM expertise during investigations supporting account containment actions and conducting post event analysis to prevent recurrence

  • Qualifications

  • Possess three to five years of hands on experience working in identity and access management operations or engineering roles within large scale enterprise environments
  • Demonstrate strong practical expertise configuring and supporting RSA IAM solutions including policy setup workflow design and integration with corporate directories and business applications
  • Show proven experience implementing and managing Saviynt Idaas for access governance identity analytics and automating access reviews in support of regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Exhibit solid skills administering Sailpoint IdentityIQ including connector configuration rule development and lifecycle event management for diverse on premises and cloud systems
  • Apply working knowledge of authentication standards such as multifactor mechanisms single sign on and federated identity to design secure and user friendly access solutions
  • Utilize foundational understanding of security concepts such as zero trust least privilege and segregation of duties to guide sound IAM design decisions and risk mitigation strategies
  • Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical partners to gather requirements explain IAM capabilities and support smooth adoption of new identity processes and controls
  • Adopt a flexible approach to working night shifts in a hybrid model while maintaining responsiveness to critical IAM events and supporting continuity of security operations
  • Display strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex identity issues and translate them into practical remediation plans and process improvements
  • Maintain familiarity with cloud platforms and software as a service applications to support integration of modern workloads into the enterprise IAM framework in a secure and scalable manner
  • Pursue ongoing professional development in cybersecurity and IAM by engaging with training industry publications and peer communities to keep skills current with evolving threats and technologies
