About the role

As a OneTrust Business Systems Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions that strengthen third-party risk management (TPRM) and compliance programs. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and optimization of OneTrust solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather and document business requirements to support TPRM and compliance technology initiatives
  • Analyze and map current workflows to identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide system configuration and development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement OneTrust-based solutions for risk and compliance use cases
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Plano, Texas. What you need to have to be considered

  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting OneTrust or similar GRC/TPRM platforms
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management (TPRM), compliance, or risk management processes
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and solution documentation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, technical, and risk teams

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with OneTrust configuration, workflows, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Familiarity with data mapping, system integrations, and compliance reporting
  • Experience supporting end-to-end product lifecycle delivery in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid or distributed team environments

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 14, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 110,000 - $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
