Job Summary
Serve as a brand safety and platform specialist responsible for monitoring digital content optimizing content strategy and maintaining trusted environments across media platforms. Use strong MS Excel proficiency to track performance support data driven decisions and uphold high standards of safety and integrity in a rotational shift office based role.
Responsibilities
- Monitor digital media and platform activity to identify potential brand safety risks and maintain a secure and trustworthy environment for audiences and partners.
- Evaluate content against internal brand safety policies and external industry standards to ensure consistent application of guidelines across all assigned platforms.
- Analyze large data sets using advanced MS Excel functions to track key content performance indicators and derive insights that support content strategy decisions.
- Create structured MS Excel reports and dashboards that clearly communicate content risk levels escalation status and performance trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content strategy teams to align platform monitoring outcomes with broader editorial and programming objectives that enhance audience trust.
- Review user generated and partner supplied content for policy violations and recommend timely actions that protect brand reputation and minimize exposure to harmful material.
- Coordinate with operations and policy teams to refine review workflows that improve efficiency accuracy and consistency of brand safety decisions.
- Document recurring content issues and emerging risk patterns to inform updates to content strategy policy guidelines and platform best practices.
- Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining well organized evidence logs decision records and MS Excel based trackers for all monitored content items.
- Communicate findings and risk assessments in clear and concise English to cross functional teams to ensure shared understanding of brand safety impacts.
- Suggest enhancements to platform configurations review queues and keyword lists that help prevent policy breaches and improve detection coverage.
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing sessions by preparing real case examples and data backed insights that strengthen team understanding of content risks.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules and office based work requirements while consistently meeting defined productivity quality and turnaround time targets.
Qualifications
- Possess foundational professional experience in brand safety or related content operations with a focus on digital platforms and media environments.
- Demonstrate strong MS Excel skills including use of formulas pivot tables filters and data validation to manage high volume content and performance data.
- Bring hands on experience in content strategy or curation where evaluating relevance tone and suitability formed a core part of daily responsibilities.
- Exhibit excellent English reading writing and speaking abilities that support clear documentation stakeholder communication and policy interpretation.
- Show an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends from data draw practical conclusions and recommend actionable content improvements.
- Display adaptability to rotational shift work and dynamic content volumes while maintaining attention to detail and high accuracy in decisions.
