About the role
As a Transformation Enablement Lead, you will make an impact by helping ensure transformation initiatives are executed with strong governance, process discipline, technology alignment, and measurable outcomes. You will be a valued member of the transformation team and work collaboratively with transformation workstreams, technology teams, governance stakeholders, and executive sponsors to support consistent delivery against approved transformation frameworks.

In this role, you will:
- Review process changes against approved transformation blueprints, design principles, and governance expectations.
- Confirm that process deviations are formally assessed, approved, documented, and aligned to transformation objectives.
- Validate that tool implementations, including configurations, integrations, and access controls, conform to architecture, compliance, and governance standards.
- Review tool adoption checkpoints and readiness criteria before key go-live milestones.
- Ensure KPIs, success metrics, and transformation reporting are accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned to the approved transformation framework.
- Challenge metric definitions or reporting inputs that may misrepresent transformation progress, delivery outcomes, or business impact.
- Partner with transformation workstreams to maintain clear reporting cadence, governance commitments, and escalation paths.
Escalate risks, deviations, and governance concerns to the Transformation Steering Committee or Executive Sponsor as appropriate.
What you need to have to be considered
- 12+ years of overall experience.
- Experience supporting transformation, program execution, program planning, or enterprise change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of program governance, communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience reviewing or supporting process changes against approved design principles, operating models, or transformation blueprints.
- Ability to evaluate tool or technology implementations for alignment with architecture, compliance, access control, and adoption readiness standards.
- Experience tracking KPIs, success metrics, transformation progress, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ability to work across multiple transformation workstreams, tools, data sources, and stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting program budget, cost, profitability, or financial governance activities.
These will help you stand out
- Experience working with transformation steering committees, executive sponsors, or senior leadership governance forums.
- Background in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, technology enablement, or business process improvement.
- Familiarity with transformation frameworks, governance checkpoints, go-live readiness reviews, and adoption metrics.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong governance discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level status reports.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 – $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
