En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) en soutien réseau, Senior Associate, vous aurez un impact en concevant, en implantant et en maintenant des solutions d’infrastructure réseau robustes. Vous serez un membre clé de l’équipe d’infrastructure et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des parties prenantes multidisciplinaires.

Dans ce rôle, vous allez

· Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des solutions réseau évolutives afin de répondre aux besoins d’infrastructure et d’affaires de l’organisation

• Configurer, administrer et optimiser les systèmes d’équilibrage de charge afin d’assurer la performance des applications et une haute disponibilité
• Gérer, maintenir et superviser les environnements Cisco de commutation et de routage pour garantir une circulation fiable et efficace des données
• Assurer la surveillance, le dépannage et la sécurité des réseaux tout en réalisant des analyses de vulnérabilités afin de minimiser les interruptions et de maintenir un rendement optimal
• Documenter les configurations, recommander de nouvelles technologies, collaborer avec les équipes et les fournisseurs et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et des processus

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour être considéré(e)

· Expérience de six à dix ans en réseautique, incluant la commutation et le routage Cisco ainsi que l’équilibrage de charge

• Maîtrise des protocoles réseau tels que VLAN, OSPF et BGP
• Expérience en technologies sans fil et en dépannage d’infrastructures réseau
• Bonne compréhension des principes de sécurité réseau
• Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, en communication et en collaboration

Ce qui vous permettra de vous démarquer

· Expérience avec VPC, groupes de sécurité et appairage réseau

• Connaissance des solutions de répartition de charge telles que ELB, ALB ou NLB
• Expérience dans le domaine des cartes et paiements
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement hybride
• Attitude proactive face à l’apprentissage de nouvelles technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of expertise in Load Balancing Switching & Routing Cisco and Wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing implementing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions while ensuring seamless operations in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable networking solutions to support the organizations infrastructure needs.
• Configure and manage load balancing systems to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of Cisco switching and routing systems to ensure efficient data flow across the network.
• Provide expertise in wireless technologies to enhance connectivity and user experience across the organization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to safeguard the network.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure capabilities and streamline operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to address infrastructure-related challenges effectively.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in all aspects of infrastructure management.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of infrastructure components.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and systems to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Networking including VPC design security groups and network peering.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of load balancing technologies such as ELB ALB or NLB and their configurations.
• Exhibit proficiency in Cisco switching and routing protocols including VLANs OSPF and BGP.
• Showcase hands-on experience in wireless technologies including access point configuration and troubleshooting.
• Have a solid understanding of network security principles and practices to ensure data protection.
• Familiarity with domain skills in Cards & Payments is a plus providing insights into industry-specific infrastructure needs.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Show adaptability to hybrid work models and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Possess a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
