Job Summary

Participate in policy servicing activities for life and annuities insurance products in a hybrid work environment while handling documentation data entry and tracking of policy changes using MS Office tools with accuracy and speed supporting customer focused outcomes within rotational shifts and clear English communication expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Process policy servicing requests for life and annuities products with high attention to detail ensuring accurate updates to policy records and timely completion of assigned tasks in line with company procedures.
  • Execute data entry and maintenance of policy information using MS Office applications maintaining consistency accuracy and completeness of records to support downstream business and reporting needs.
  • Review source documents emails and work items related to policy servicing and validate that required details are present clear and compliant with defined processing guidelines before updating systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams through approved communication channels to obtain clarifications on incomplete or ambiguous policy servicing requests ensuring smooth resolution of work items.
  • Prepare update and organize work trackers logs and basic reports in MS Excel and MS Word to provide visibility into daily productivity volumes and error trends for the operations team.
  • Respond to straightforward internal inquiries related to policy servicing status in clear English documenting interactions in the required tools so that work can be audited and traced when needed.
  • Adhere to defined turnaround times and quality benchmarks for all policy servicing transactions escalating potential delays or issues to supervisors as soon as they are identified.
  • Follow rotational shift schedules reliably maintaining punctuality and readiness to handle assigned queues so that service coverage is maintained across business hours.
  • Apply basic understanding of life and annuities concepts when available to interpret policy attributes rider details and beneficiary information thereby reducing rework and improving processing accuracy.
  • Use MS Office functions to compare versions of policy related documents identify discrepancies and highlight required corrections for review by more experienced team members.
  • Comply with all data privacy information security and regulatory guidelines relevant to policy servicing activities reporting any observed deviations through the prescribed channels.
  • Participate in team huddles knowledge sharing sessions and process refreshers to stay updated on changes to policy servicing procedures system enhancements and documentation standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring processing issues or manual steps and suggesting simple enhancements that can improve efficiency and reduce errors over time.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate solid proficiency in MS Office tools including word processing spreadsheets and presentation software to manage policy data prepare simple reports and document work outcomes clearly.
  • Exhibit strong written and spoken English communication skills that enable accurate reading of instructions clear documentation of actions and effective coordination with colleagues in a hybrid setting.
  • Show readiness to work in rotational shifts with consistent reliability time management and ability to maintain focus during changing schedules within the agreed work model.
  • Display foundational analytical skills and numerical comfort that support checking of policy values dates and basic calculations during service transactions.
  • Bring any exposure to life and annuities insurance concepts as a beneficial asset by using that knowledge to better understand policy structures servicing triggers and customer impact.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include MS Office Specialist or equivalent productivity tools training relevant to insurance operations.
