About the role
As a Consulting Manager – D365 Solutions Architect, you will make an impact by driving platform health, performance, and long-term success for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, leading assessments and delivering actionable strategies to optimize enterprise platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Assess Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments end-to-end to identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps
- Provide architecture-level recommendations across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 solutions
- Evaluate platform security, including roles, access controls, and compliance alignment
- Drive operational excellence through governance, incident response planning, and performance optimization
- Deliver executive-ready assessment reports and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements

What you must have to be considered:
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience in solution architecture, customization, and integrations
- Experience with incident management, business continuity, and operational governance
- Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Power Platform Model App Certification PL-7003 or relevant experience
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) MB-910 or relevant experience
- One of the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst MB-280 OR Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant MB-240
These will help you succeed:
- Experience with ALM practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, NIST, ISO)
- Experience supporting regulated industries
- Power Automate PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Certification or relevant experience.

Compensation
$110,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
