Responsibilities : -Handle end to end insurance claims service requests by reviewing claim details validating information and documenting outcomes to ensure accurate and timely resolution for customers in a hybrid work environment. -Provide clear empathetic and proactive communication to customers throughout the claims journey to explain decisions next steps and required information in a way that builds trust and satisfaction. -Coordinate with internal operations underwriting and policy administration teams to gather missing data clarify coverage questions and remove bottlenecks that delay claim settlement. -Perform detailed claim file reviews to identify inconsistencies potential errors or incomplete documentation and take corrective actions that reduce rework and improve straight through processing. -Use standard operating procedures claims guidelines and knowledge of insurance domain practices to make consistent and compliant decisions in a rotational shift model. -Update systems of record with accurate claim notes status changes and financial impacts so that all stakeholders can rely on a complete and up to date view of each case. -Identify patterns in customer contacts such as recurring queries or pain points and share insights with process owners to drive continuous improvements in claims journeys and call handling scripts. -Adhere to service level agreements for response time case completion and quality scores while managing a steady volume of claims and customer interactions across channels. -Collaborate with quality and training teams by sharing real life cases and feedback that help refine training materials for new and existing team members. -Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements related to privacy fraud prevention and documentation so that every claim is processed in a controlled and auditable manner. -Use available digital tools such as workflow platforms and knowledge bases to resolve customer requests efficiently and reduce manual work in day to day activities. -Escalate complex or sensitive claims scenarios to designated experts with clear case summaries and recommendations to enable faster and more accurate outcomes. -Contribute to customer centric initiatives by supporting pilots or process changes that aim to make insurance claims simpler faster and more transparent for society at large. -Qualifications -Possess professional experience in insurance domain activities with exposure to policy coverage claim lifecycle stages and operational processes gained over two to four years in a similar role. -Demonstrate strong customer service skills including active listening clear verbal and written communication and conflict resolution to manage challenging conversations with empathy. -Bring working knowledge or exposure to property and casualty insurance products such as motor home or commercial lines which is considered beneficial for this role. -Exhibit proven ability to work effectively in rotational shifts within a hybrid work model while maintaining reliability punctuality and consistent performance. -Show familiarity with case management or claims systems and basic office productivity tools that support accurate data entry documentation and reporting activities. -Display high attention to detail and analytical thinking in reviewing claim information and supporting documents to minimize leakage and improve quality outcomes. -Maintain a continuous learning mindset by staying current on process updates product changes and best practices in customer service within the insurance sector. 9.
