Architect

Job Summary

This hybrid Mobile Architect role requires ten to twelve years of experience in designing and evolving mobile and web application architectures using modern frameworks and tools. The architect will shape scalable solutions across Swift UI Kotlin Flutter React Js React Native and related ecosystems to deliver secure reliable and intuitive digital experiences that advance organizational goals and create lasting value for customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine end to end mobile and web application architecture that integrates Swift UI Kotlin Flutter React Js React Native and networking libraries to create scalable and maintainable solutions that power engaging digital experiences for customers and partners.
• Design high level and low level solution blueprints that apply robust design patterns and clean architecture principles so that engineering teams can implement features consistently while reducing defects and long term maintenance overhead.
• Guide teams in effectively using coroutines async programming approaches and reactive paradigms to improve app responsiveness resource utilization and overall performance for end users in hybrid work environments.
• Establish clear architectural standards for mobile app design and structure including navigation flows state management dependency handling and module boundaries to ensure cohesive experiences across platforms and devices.
• Define strategies for Swift Package Manager usage and dependency management that keep projects modular and predictable while reducing integration risks and enabling faster delivery of new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with product design and engineering stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps that balance innovation reliability and security while contributing to meaningful outcomes for customers and society.
• Create detailed integration approaches for networking libraries data handling and offline capabilities so that applications remain secure resilient and performant under varying connectivity conditions and real world usage patterns.
• Develop clear testing strategies leveraging XCTest Mockito and related frameworks to ensure high coverage for unit integration and UI tests improving release confidence and protecting critical user journeys from regressions.
• Review implementation designs for Swift UI Kotlin Flutter and React Native components to ensure alignment with architectural guidelines maintainability standards and accessibility needs across the product portfolio.
• Document core architectural decisions patterns and reference implementations in a structured and reusable manner so teams can onboard quickly and deliver consistent solutions that reinforce organizational technology standards.
• Coordinate with security and operations teams to embed observability monitoring logging and error handling into the architecture so that applications can be supported effectively during day shifts and beyond without travel expectations.
• Evaluate new frameworks libraries and architectural approaches related to cross platform development and design patterns to keep solutions modern while ensuring stability and long term supportability for critical business services.
• Optimize collaboration workflows across hybrid teams by providing clear technical direction code review feedback and architectural guardrails that help individuals deliver high quality outcomes with predictable timelines.

Qualifications

• Apply extensive experience in Swift UI and mobile app design and architecture to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with underlying services and data flows.
• Use deep knowledge of Kotlin coroutines and networking libraries to design robust asynchronous operations that improve performance and reliability across complex mobile application scenarios.
• Employ practical experience in Flutter and React Native to architect cross platform solutions that balance reuse and platform specific optimization supporting consistent experiences across devices.
• Leverage strong familiarity with React Js and modern front end practices to align web components and mobile clients under a cohesive architectural vision that simplifies maintenance and evolution.
• Draw on proven expertise with design patterns and software structuring techniques to produce architectures that are modular testable and adaptable to changing product requirements and technology shifts.
• Utilize hands on experience with Swift Package Manager and dependency management to keep builds stable predictable and easy to extend reducing integration issues and improving team productivity.
• Apply previous use of Mockito XCTest and related testing tools to drive reliable automation strategies that catch defects early and maintain confidence in frequent releases for business critical apps.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include mobile application development or cloud architecture credentials such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent vendor specific certifications.
