Responsibilities : - Design and develop complex Omnistudio solutions that enable seamless user journeys and robust data interactions across large scale enterprise applications - Implement Omnistudio FlexCards and OmniScripts that optimize user experience and minimize operational friction for diverse business teams - Configure and enhance Omnistudio DataRaptors and Integration Procedures that ensure reliable data orchestration between internal platforms and external systems - Collaborate with architects and product teams that refine technical designs and translate business requirements into well structured Omnistudio implementations - Review existing Omnistudio configurations that identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimizations to improve stability and response times - Create reusable Omnistudio templates and patterns that promote consistency reduce development effort and support long term platform sustainability - Coordinate with quality engineering partners that define test scenarios support automation efforts and remediate defects discovered during validation cycles - Document technical designs configuration decisions and deployment steps that enable transparent knowledge sharing and simplified support for downstream teams - Guide peers on Omnistudio best practices that encourage clean configuration low maintenance overhead and adherence to organizational development standards - Align development activities with program level priorities that support predictable delivery timelines and measurable business outcomes - Support deployment and release activities that validate successful promotion of Omnistudio assets across environments in a controlled and compliant manner - Engage with business stakeholders during refinement sessions that clarify acceptance criteria and ensure each Omnistudio feature delivers traceable value - Monitor production behavior of Omnistudio components that proactively identify issues apply corrective fixes and maintain a high level of system reliability -Qualifications - Demonstrate strong hands on experience with Omnistudio capabilities that include OmniScripts FlexCards DataRaptors Integration Procedures and related configuration tools - Apply advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals that ensure Omnistudio solutions remain scalable secure and aligned with core platform constraints - Utilize practical understanding of software development lifecycle practices that include version control code review processes and standardized deployment workflows - Exhibit clear communication skills that enable effective collaboration with cross functional stakeholders and accurate translation of technical topics into accessible terms - Bring domain awareness of program management concepts that support coordination of multiple workstreams dependency tracking and delivery alignment when applicable - Maintain a continuous learning mindset that keeps Omnistudio skills current with evolving platform features and industry patterns
